1.2. The Website offers hot air balloon flights, gift cards, and related services.
1.3. By using the Website or making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
2. Description of Services
2.1. B2Fly offers hot air balloon flights in various regions of Latvia and Estonia.
2.2. Flights are subject to weather conditions. Safety is ensured in accordance with civil aviation regulations.
2.3. Offers and prices on the Website are for informational purposes and may be changed without prior notice.
3. Booking and Payments
3.1. To book a flight, the user must provide accurate and complete information.
3.2. Payments are made online using a secure payment platform.
3.3. After payment, the user receives confirmation by email and/or a gift card.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1. If the flight is cancelled due to weather or technical reasons, it will be rescheduled in agreement with the customer.
4.2. The customer may cancel or reschedule the flight no later than 48 hours before the scheduled date.
4.3. Refunds are issued only in accordance with the cancellation policy detailed in the “Booking Terms” section.
5. Safety and Health Conditions
5.1. Only individuals in good physical health may participate in the flight.
5.2. Participation under the influence of alcohol or narcotics is strictly prohibited.
5.3. Pregnant women or persons with serious health issues (e.g., heart conditions) may not fly unless they have a doctor’s permission.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All intellectual property rights to the Website content belong to B2Fly.
6.2. Copying, reproducing, or using content without written permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. B2Fly is not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather conditions.
7.2. The company is not responsible for consequences caused by the client’s negligence, false information, or health issues.
8. Data Protection
8.1. Customer data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8.2. The Website uses cookies to enhance user experience.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. B2Fly reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
9.2. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website.
