Distance Agreement Template

This distance contract is concluded between the Seller – SIA B2Fly, Reg. No. 44103008047, Tel. +371 20023884, Email: info@b2fly.lv – and the Buyer who places the order.

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the service according to the Buyer’s order.

Ordering, Delivery and Payment Procedure

The Buyer orders the service via this website, specifying the type and quantity. Payment can be made using integrated payment tools or via an invoice sent by email. The invoice is prepared electronically and valid without a signature.

The service will be made available within 2 days after payment is received. The service delivery period is 18 months from purchase date.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may cancel the service within 14 calendar days of purchase by sending a cancellation notice to the Seller. A cancellation form will be provided via email upon request.

Data Processing

By entering necessary information and placing an order, the Buyer confirms having read and accepted that their data will be used to process the order in accordance with legal requirements. Notifications related to the order will be sent to the provided email.
